It depends on your needs and what feels most helpful. Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish a strong foundation for progress. As you start reaching your goals, sessions may move to bi-weekly or monthly check-ins.

Your therapist will collaborate with you to determine a schedule that best fits your needs, goals, and availability.

Yes. What you share in therapy is private and confidential. Your therapist will not share information with anyone without your consent. There are only a few exceptions to this rule:

1. When there is a risk of serious harm to the client or another person, or if a child or vulnerable person is being harmed or at risk.

2. When disclosure is required by law, such as a court order.

We require 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

Our policy is to charge a fee for late cancelled and missed appointments with less than 48 hours notice.
