  • Therapy can be helpful for anyone who wants support in understanding themselves, managing emotions, or improving relationships and daily life.

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit; many people come to therapy simply to feel more balanced, confident, or connected.

If you or your child have been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to cope with challenges, therapy can be a good next step.

During your first session, your therapist will help you decide if therapy is the right fit and what approach might work best.

  • We offer free 15-minute consultations, and typical sessions thereafter are 50 minutes.

We are strong believers that cost shouldn’t be a barrier to services. As such, we offer both discounted therapy and sliding scale options that fit your life & budget. Depending on which clinician you're working with, fees will range and they will be determined in your intake session.

  • Your first session is a chance for you and your therapist to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. You’ll discuss your goals, background, and what you’d like to work on.

Your therapist will explain how therapy works, answer any questions, and begin developing a plan that fits your needs. There’s no pressure to share everything right away, the first session is about building comfort and understanding.

  • It depends on your needs and what feels most helpful. Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish a strong foundation for progress. As you start reaching your goals, sessions may move to bi-weekly or monthly check-ins.

Your therapist will collaborate with you to determine a schedule that best fits your needs, goals, and availability.
